Speaking and Workshops

With a rich and varied professional background, I like to bring practical insights with a touch of humor to all of my engagements. You will find a differentiated atmosphere of approachability and engagement when I speak to your group.  The audience will feel invited to come on the journey with me without having to feel put-on, dressed-up, or put-together.  If you are open to learning something new, to identifying with one another in our strengths, our challenges, our imperfections, and our successes, you will emerge from the experience with the motivation and tools that will push you on and encourage you into your next level of success.

Although topics for speaking engagements and workshops can be customized for each client, the following are a few relevant topics which are among my favorites.  Let's talk about what you and your team need and how I can help.

What does it take to overcome your fears and take intentional risks that will propel you forward in a positive way? This discussion will give you a new sense of what's possible.
Manners and Mojo

Are You Picking Up What I'm Putting Down?

When the Team Seems More Like the Titanic
If your team is heading toward an iceberg due to challenges that seem, suddenly, too big to avoid, what can be done to turn the ship and avoid disaster?
