Hi. I’m Tara and I am passionate about helping you love the work you do and the life you live.

I worked in the corporate and consulting industry for 20 years, gaining valuable experience in several areas including change management, database marketing and internal process consultancy.

I had the pleasure of working in or consulting with IT and financial service organizations, including one of the largest commercial and retail financial institutions in the world. The larger the company, the more I noticed the people (like me) who wanted more from their careers. I saw individuals, teams, and organizations reap the benefits of developing team members and creating efficiencies with improved work / life balance and career satisfaction.

The experiences and network that I gained from those years laid the foundation for a drive to help others, and led me to break away in 2014 to start my own company, Tara Lynn Foster – Leading with Confidence.

At the end of the day, my passion is to help folks push past barriers to increase their confidence, success and satisfaction in work and life.
